1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times

Canada: 3 to 7 business days
France and Europe: 7 to 14 business days
International: 10 to 21 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your destination. They will be indicated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your order via the Track My Order page.

5. Undelivered Shipment
