Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging with all accessories included.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, personalized items, items whose packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@32hellkitchenequipment.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours.

5. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
