Right of Withdrawal — European Union Customers

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, if you reside in the European Union, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Before the 14-day period expires, write to us at contact@32hellkitchenequipment.com stating your order number and your decision to withdraw.

Return of the Product

Return the product, in its original and complete condition, within 14 days of your notification, to the following address:

Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund

We will refund you the full amount paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product or receipt of proof of its shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as that used for the order.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, nor to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy, described in our Return and Refund Policy.
