Non-Stick Coating Care

Avoid abrasive sponges and utensils that may scratch the coating. Never heat your cookware empty and allow it to cool before washing. Follow the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations.

Kitchen Utensils

Wood and bamboo: wash by hand without soaking, then dry immediately. If recommended by the manufacturer, occasionally apply a maintenance oil suitable for wood and food contact.

Silicone: clean with hot soapy water. Only use the dishwasher if permitted by the manufacturer and follow the maximum temperature indicated.

Stainless steel: clean with hot soapy water using a soft sponge, then rinse and dry. For stubborn marks, use a suitable product following the manufacturer's recommendations.

Cutting Boards

Wood: wash by hand without prolonged immersion, then allow to air dry completely. Maintain with an oil suitable for food contact, according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Plastic: clean thoroughly after each use. Only put in the dishwasher if the board is compatible. Replace it when deep grooves make cleaning difficult.

General Tips

Store your equipment clean and completely dry, away from moisture. The manufacturer's instructions take precedence over these general tips.
